What ingredients are used in the e-Juices sold?

As we utilize and provide many options of e-juices from various brands, the ingredients used in each
brand are remotely the same with extremely minor variances. All brands that we are partnered with are manufactured under strict quality guidelines using USP Grade Propylene Glycol, USP Grade Vegetable Glycerin, along with each manufacturer’s proprietary blend of USP Grade Natural and Artificial flavorings. All ingredients are FEMA/GRAS approved food additives, and we use only the highest quality USP Grade Nicotine with a Certificate of Analysis.

 

Should I refrigerate my e-Juice?

No. e-Juice should be kept consistently at room temperature for optimal flavor. The flavoring in cold e-juice tends to separate from other ingredients, significantly reducing the flavor. In addition, if your e-juice has been left outside in a cold mailbox during winter months, it is highly recommended that you allow it to sit at room temperature for 24 to 48 hours before vaping. This should be ample time for the flavoring to meld back with other ingredients, allowing for optimal results.

 

Do the e-Juices you sell contain Diacetyl?

No. All e-juices we sell do not contain Diacetyl in any formulas. This was a strict requirement for many manufacturers prior to this becoming an issue or popular topic in many forums.

 

Do you accept returns on e-Juice?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on e-liquid that does not meet personal flavor expectations. Taste is a very subjective sense that will vary greatly from person to person. Any returned e-liquid could never be re-used for any purpose, so will not be accepted.

 

What nicotine level should I choose?

There are far too many variables for us to make this determination on your behalf. What types of cigarettes you currently smoke, the quantity smoked, how long you’ve smoked for, the length of each drag, and the strength of your drag are just some of the variables that determine the level of nicotine that is right for you.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

We understand how much you enjoy receiving your “vape mail,” so we work hard to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Typically orders will take 1-2 business days to process and will then be shipped out via USPS Priority Mail (which usually takes 3-5 business days). Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day. There is no shipping on Sundays per USPS.

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the US at this time. We are hoping to introduce international shipping in the future.
