Warranty Policy


What does the warranty cover?
Our 1 (one) year limited warranty on Electronics displaying our eFactor Vape Logo and with original receipt. This warranty includes: 1 (One) free replacement and a $5.00 replacement fee for every replacement for the remainder of the one (1) year period.


What qualifies for replacement?
A warranty item will qualify for exchange if the item can be verified by an employee that the device in question is no longer functioning.

A broken device is defined as the inability to use the device in the way that it was intended for.

  • The button has broken and is stuck inside of the device
  • The device top has separated from the bottom
  • The battery will not turn on even after it has been charged
  • The Charger will not charge the battery
  • The charging cable has visible wires 


Warranty does not cover

  • Theft
  • Loose twist dial
  • Loss of battery life


How do I get my replacement?

For Efactor Vape warranty replacement; bring in the device and your original receipt to one of our helpful sales associates and they will verify your claim.  If your device is found to be qualified for replacement you are guaranteed a new 1 to 1 replacement.  No store credit, cash refund, or upgrade credit will be issued.

*Warranty does not cover tanks or tank components or lost or broken O rings*

All sales are final.  No cash refund is available on any product.  Products such as (but not limited to) eJuice, tanks, atomizers, accessories, T-Shirts, Beverages, topical products, multi-battery chargers, drip tips, Rebuild able tanks/atomizers including supplies.  If you have any questions regarding this policy please speak to one of our team members or ask for a manager.  This Warranty is not transferable and will expire when you sell or transfer your product.
